[Reddit Gaming Hot Post] to those complaining about not enjoying gaming anymore

You're in a rut. The only solution is to take a break. Go out, do something else. Get a challenging Lego set, take up an instrument, find something else to occupy that brain space for about a week. Then when you sit down to play something, it'll be fresh. I know, it sounds like I'm telling you to get a life. All I'm saying is reset, the games will still be there when you're done. I've been deep in that funk and didn't think taking a break would work out but now I actually have been having fun.

Side note, play older games. Go back in the catalog about 10+ years and you'll find there's a whole lot more fun to be had in games that aren't trying to squeeze every dollar out of you
